Our staff checks email on a periodic

If you have a question, we would rather speak to
you directly than try to communicate through
email. We have found this creates less confusion
and gets you the best possible answer.

convey time-sensitive information.
Morning Drop Offs Late Pick-Ups
Veterinary and grooming services are scheduled
by appointment in order to provide the best
service possible to all clients and pets.
Emergency cases always have top priority. For
your convenience, drop-off appointments may be
scheduled at no additional charge.
After Hours
Emergencies
If your pet requires medical attention after
hours, please call our main number at
636-458-9010. The voicemail system will provide
instructions on how to reach the
doctor on call. In the event of a voicemail
system or pager failure, you should contact the
Animal Emergency Clinic in Chesterfield Valley
at 636-536-4991 or the Animal Emergency Clinic
in Kirkwood at 314-822-7600.
Our Fees
We make every effort to ensure that our fees are
fair and reasonable and we encourage you to
discuss charges before services are rendered.
Payment is expected at the time services are
provided unless other arrangements have been
made. We accept cash, checks and debit cards as
well as MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
